I would think either the 1907 or the web sling, after all they were Home Guard issue in WWII.

that leather or the webb would be correct for the P14 , the M17 might be found with the M1907 or the kerr no-buckle , but in WWII the web might have been seen ,

for your P14 that has been through 'weedon' , use the same brit web sling you would put on your no4 rifle , which is P37 web , easy to find and looks good too , a nice P37 frog on that early scabord...
